Construction Management - VIEW VIDEO
Construction management is a project delivery system which engages the services of a professional construction manager. R2D has the experience and proven track record for successfully managing and delivering projects on behalf of its clients as Construction Managers. The traditional owner/architect project delivery system gains a tremendous advantage when adding R2D to the project team. R2D will work with the owner and the architect in coordinating the entire project, utilizing specialized skills and knowledge to bring a project in on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality.

R2D should be brought on board early, to take full advantage of our abilities and construction expertise in the pre-construction phase of the project – budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling and phasing. When it comes time to build, R2D will supervise the bidding, award and construction phases of the project.

Design Build
“Design-Build” is considered to be one of the most sophisticated forms of project delivery in the construction industry. This process blends the responsibilities of design and construction into a cohesive single source for the client. Through partnerships, joint ventures and teaming agreements, experienced companies in the fields of architecture; engineering and construction join together to plan, develop and build projects on behalf of an owner. R2D has successfully performed the role of design-builder for both public and private sector clients. |

As the lead of the design-build team, R2D directly engages and manages the various design consultants, as well as the prime and specialized subcontractors involved in the project. This team is assembled at the beginning of the project in order to take advantage of each party’s expertise during the design and construction phases. The master budget and schedule are established in the early phases of the project to ensure the end result meets the client’s expectations. The owner has one contract with R2D, a single source for design, construction and fiscal responsibility. |

Owner's Rep - VIEW VIDEO
The owner’s rep controls the design and development process, making sure that the owner’s best interests are at the heart of every decision made. As an owner’s rep, R2D is versed in both design and construction, pulling from their varied experiences to solve problems and offer creative solutions. R2D controls the overall coordination effort between the design team members, ensuring that the most important topics receive the proper attention and resolution. During the construction phase, we will spend significant time on the construction site, again recognizing and solving conflicts. When complicated issues arise, we will explore all of the options, distill the information, and provide the owner with a concise set of options, clearly defined, along with a recommended course of action. |
