Scope:
Upgrade and renovation of fourteen different school satellite kitchens, and adding on to three existing school buildings making them ready to accommodate a new “state of the art” central food service complex.

Challenges:
R2D successfully completed fourteen kitchens from the time school closed in June 2002 to the re-opening in September 2002.  Construction took place while summer classes were in session.  Three additions were also fast tracked during this time period, and a complete air conditioning system was furnished and installed for the Edgewood School.  The system was complete, punched out and running within a two month time period.
