Scope:
Renovation of 621 subsidized apartment
units and construction of three new
community buildings, complete with
computer rooms, common areas,
and kitchen facilities.
Challenges:
These projects were located at three
different locations, each property
approximately ninety percent
occupied. R2D phased the project
in sections and utilized swing space
to temporarily relocate tenants while units were under renovation.
The conceptual budget was developed before any specs or drawings were produced.
