Scope: Demolition and construction of common area, gym and outdoor pool. New outdoor patio, landscape, and interior common area.
Challenges:
Duration of construction was nine months. The site is extremely small which caused parking restrictions. Logistics of construction required accommodating the City of New Haven, the owners, and the guests who were residing in the hotel.
