Scope:
Renovation of 250 occupied elderly apartment units with handicapped unit conversions in an eleven story high-rise. Scope included common area upgrades, mechanical equipment replacement, site and entryway replacement/upgrades, window and roof replacement, refurbishment of exterior building shell and complete elevator room code upgrades and equipment replacement.

Challenge:  All work was performed while the building was occupied with elderly residents. Construction hygiene, safety awareness and coordination of the tenant relocation effort was paramount and required sensitive conscienciousness to it's elderly occupants. Apartment renovations were completed three months ahead of schedule.
