Scope:
The rehabilitation of 90 units and the construction of 12 new units. The project also includes a newly constructed Community Center designed to provide space for the residents of the development for meeting and recreational purposes. 

Requirements:
Section 3 Plan:  A program providing economic opportunities for low-income residents within the community.  This program is monitored by the Housing Authority as it is a requirement that (30%) thirty percent of the aggregate number of new hires shall be Section 3 residents.
