Scope:
Construction of a new 52,000 sq. ft. addition consisting of a gymnasium, locker rooms, performing arts facility, special education, administrative offices, and a series of fine art classrooms. Renovation of 45,000 sq. ft. of existing facility, including restoring existing masonry and cast iron façade, abatement, demolition and complete gut and rebuild through-out.

Challenges:
This fast track project was completed in 11 months.  Extensive geotechnical preparations were necessary at the buildings footings cast in place foundation.
